• This module covers the core principles and processes of procurement, including sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract management. It is designed for those new to procurement or seeking a structured introduction to the field. • You will be trained and coached on how to set up your procurement department successfully, how to talk to your stakeholders. We will go into all 6 steps in the Procure to Pay process. We will also address how to create a Procurement plan. At the end of this training there will be no surprises about Procurement anymore.
