• You will learn about the Kraljic Matrix and the different strategies per quadrant. Strategic partners must be treated differently from leverage suppliers. I will also teach you the different type of buyers and behaviours that are required for each quadrant. • This training is key in case you wish to be effective and successful in Procurement. • Having the right strategy in place will enable you to save 5 to 10% on direct and indirect costs.
