Service Description

• Dive deeper into negotiation tactics, supplier relationship management, and dispute resolution. Participants will engage in role-plays and case studies to develop practical negotiation skills for complex procurement scenarios. • They will also be trained in communication skills that make a difference in getting what you want. • After the training the participant will be in a position to obtain a better negotiation result of 5 to 10%.
